We recently stayed at The Coach House as a last minute booking due my mum passing away and needing somewhere to stay urgently. On arrival we were greeted by Ariana who was lovely, polite and very sympathetic. Our room was exactly what we needed with a very comfy bed. After coming back from having some food, there was alovely surprise of a box of chocolates and a card expressing such thoughtful sympathy and to Ariana who we never saw to say thank you, that was such an emotional gift to leave and I am truly grateful. Breakfast which was organised by Ariana was very good and overall our stay was very good even though it was for sad circumstances.- Samantha B
